Colchester Tourist Guides Association

A Colchester town walking tour offers a great opportunity to get a flavour of the history and see the key buildings of Britain’s oldest recorded town.

  • When Colchester was under siege for eleven weeks
  • Why there is a tree on top of Colchester castle

    Tours are available from March to October and last approximately 1½hrs at a cost of only £3.00 for Adults & £2.00 for children (ages 5-15.)
